Avestite Inquisitor (from Fading Suns)
No, it's not from Rifts, but since this is a figure from a role-playing game, I figured it belonged here rather than anyplace else. This was more or less a straight repaint of an Azrael figure from one of the Batman lines. The only real kitbashing I had to do was to chop off the forearm blade on his right arm (it was badly bent in the package), a little putty to smooth out that wrist, and some more putty to make the boot cuffs, since his feet were in the sort of indeterminate tights that too many superheroes have. After that, it was just lots of red and silver paint. It actually looks much better in person, since the red paint didn't scan too well. I still haven't really found a satisfactory flamegun for him, either (although the flaming sword the figure came with is pretty good).
For those of you who are here about Rifts and don't know about Fading Suns, think of the Avestites as being everybody's least-favorite religious zealots. They combine the worst aspects of the Spanish Inquisition, Southern Baptist fundamentalists, anti-technologists, and Nazis into one flamethrower-wielding, tech-hating, sinner-persecuting priest from Hell. Lots of fun, in other words. }-)
